How does the purchase process work?
At Motopasión Store we have a wide variety of products on our website. Making your order will be very easy. Just add your products to the cart, and go to the order page (click on the cart, then click on Checkout).
If you are registered, log in with your account and you can save your data for future purchases and have your order history. If you are not registered you have 2 options, either register or continue with your order without registering.
Is it necessary to be registered in order to place an order through the website?
It is not necessary to be registered on our website. You only have to click on Buy without registering and cover your personal data (name, telephone and email)
Is there a minimum amount to order?
No, there is no minimum amount for you to place your order on our website.
What is the guarantee for each product?
All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee is two years, although in some cases like Rukka it is extended to five years. (except for wear parts).
In addition, Motopasión Store offers you an additional lifetime guarantee, guaranteeing the seams, velcro, zips and hooks of your garments.

Can I place an order on the web and pick it up at your physical shop?

I saw a cheaper item on another website, can you offer me the same price?
At Motopasión Store we want to offer you the best price, so if you find the item you want at a better price on another website, send us a link to that item and we will match it (you can send it to us by email, or by our chat). We will only accept websites from real shops, the product and size must be exactly the same, and the product must be available for purchase on that website.
How does returning a product work?
If you are not satisfied with your order we will refund your money, you have a maximum of 60 calendar days and we will reimburse you the money of your product as well as the expenses incurred (shipping and collection costs).

** To accept a return the product must be delivered in its original box with the original labels and stickers, without showing any sign of use.

What forms of payment are there?
In Motopasión Store we offer you several ways of payment. All of them are selected from the shopping cart.
- Payment by credit card, Visa or Mastercard:
You can pay by credit card and enjoy the advantages and terms of payment offered by your bank. All our transactions are safe, since we use the services of the specialized company PayPlug. Credit card users are subject to validation and authorization of their card by the bank issuer. We have activated the secure system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are a holder of a "securised" card, you will always be able to make payments by Visa or Mastercard in our shop. Otherwise, you will have to securise your card before making a purchase by following the instructions given by your bank's system.
What does CES consist of? (Secure Electronic Commerce)
It is a secure payment system, promoted by Visa International, Mastercard, Microsoft and the bank payment gateways to secure internet transactions. The purpose is to guarantee greater security both to the internet user and to the shops that sell through the net, by authenticating the buyer as the legitimate holder of the card he is using. When you pay with a "secured" Visa or Mastercard, you will be asked to provide, in addition to the number and expiry date, a personal password for exclusive use in Internet shopping, which identifies you as its owner. In this way, nobody will be able to make a purchase on the Internet if they do not know this password. If you have not yet requested a personal password for exclusive use in Internet payments, we recommend that you sign up for the Secure Electronic Commerce service through your bank's electronic banking system or by requesting it at your bank's office. Credit card fraud is a crime and Motopasión Store will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online shop.
- Payment with PayPal:
PayPal is a secure payment system used all over the world. Through PayPal, you can pay with the main credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc...) and make bank transfers, without having to register or open an account. If you have a registered user account with PayPal, you will be able to make the payment quickly and without having to enter your details in each purchase. Once the payment has been made, you can return to the shop. Transactions through PayPal are totally secure. We do not receive or store any information about your card. All payments are made on the website of our partner companies, so you will be redirected to their platform to finalize the payment.
Will I be notified when the payment has been successfully completed?
Once the payment has been made and the purchase is confirmed we will send a confirmation email to the customer.
Can I make a purchase and pay for it after receiving the item?
Of course! You can make the purchase, send it home and pay for it when you have received it.
You can do this in two ways (only available in Spain):
- Requesting payment with Sequra "pay in 7 days": you will have up to 7 days from the moment you receive your order to make the payment. It is not necessary to give us your credit card, you can also pay by bank transfer or directly at your branch.
How do I finance a purchase?

Shipping and transport
What are the shipping costs?
Shipments to Spain and Portugal:
Our shipping costs are completely FREE if you order more than 60 ? (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal). For lower purchases the price is 6,10 ?. When buying from the Canary Islands, 21% Spanish VAT will not be charged, and the shipping costs are 55 ? (15 ? shipping costs + 40 ? entry fee).
Shipments to the entire European Union are FREE for purchases over 100 ? and to all other countries from 250 ?. For shipments below this amount, shipping costs vary depending on the country. Taxes at destination (Customs) and taxes on shipments to countries outside the European Union are not included.
What is the delivery time of my order?
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 days if the product is in stock in our warehouse, or 7 to 10 days if the product has to be ordered from the manufacturer.
With which transport companies are orders handled?

How do I know the delivery time of an article?
We will send you a tracking code from the transport company so that you can see the tracking of the order on their website, so that the customer can know the day on which they will receive their package and even manage the delivery times that best suit the customer.
What happens if my order arrives later than planned?
Many times it is not in our hands that an order arrives on time, problems with courier services or with the manufacture of some part or product. Whenever there is a delay in the delivery of the order we inform the customer of the estimated time that the order will be delayed in case he wants to make a change or cancellation of his order .
