How does the purchase process work?

At Motopasión Store we have a wide variety of products on our website. Making your order will be very easy. Just add your products to the cart, and go to the order page (click on the cart, then click on Checkout).

If you are registered, log in with your account and you can save your data for future purchases and have your order history. If you are not registered you have 2 options, either register or continue with your order without registering.

Is it necessary to be registered in order to place an order through the website?

It is not necessary to be registered on our website. You only have to click on Buy without registering and cover your personal data (name, telephone and email)

Is there a minimum amount to order?

No, there is no minimum amount for you to place your order on our website.

What is the guarantee for each product?

All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is for two years, although in some cases it is extended to five years. (except wearing parts).

In addition, Motopasión Store offers you an additional lifetime guarantee, guaranteeing the seams, velcro, zips and hooks of your garments.

Can I place an order on the web and pick it up at your physical shop?

Of course!

All you have to do is select "Shop collection" when you place your order in the "Where do you want it sent?

I saw a cheaper item on another website, can you offer me the same price?

At Motopasión Store we want to offer you the best price, so if you find the item you want at a better price on another website, send us a link to that item and we will match it (you can send it to us by email, or by our chat). We will only accept websites from real shops, the product and size must be exactly the same, and the product must be available for purchase on that website.

RETURNS

How does returning a product work?

f you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund your money, you have a maximum of 60 calendar days and we will refund the amount of your product.

* Promotion only available for the peninsula and Balearic Islands.

** To accept a return the product must be delivered in its original box with the original labels and stickers, without showing any sign of use.

Can any item on the website be returned?

Yes, to make any return you can contact us by phone 986 24 75 58 from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:30 and on Saturdays from 10:30 to 13:30. You can also contact us via email at at.cliente@motopasionstore.com

Does it cost anything to make a return?

As of 12/15/2022 our return policies have been updated, with the customer being responsible for the return management costs.

PAYMENT METHODS

What forms of payment are there?

In Motopasión Store we offer you several ways of payment. All of them are selected from the shopping cart.

  • Credit / debit / bizum card
  • Bank transfer (Available in Spain and Portugal)
  • PayPal
  • cash on delivery
  • Sequra (only available in Spain)
  • Cofidis (only available in Spain)
  • amazonpay
  • Multibank (Portugal)

All payments are made on the website of our partner companies, so you will be redirected to their platform to finalize the payment.

Will I be notified when the payment has been successfully completed?

Once the payment has been made and the purchase is confirmed we will send a confirmation email to the customer.

Can I make a purchase and pay for it after receiving the item?

Of course! You can make the purchase, send it home and pay for it when you have received it.

You can do this in two ways (only available in Spain): 

- Requesting payment with Sequra "pay in 7 days": you will have up to 7 days from the moment you receive your order to make the payment. It is not necessary to give us your credit card, you can also pay by bank transfer or directly at your branch.

How do I finance a purchase?

You must select the finance option with your preferred company in the order interface, after selecting the shipping method. You must follow the steps indicated by the platform to finalize the financing.

Shipping and transport

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping to Spain and Portugal:

Our shipping costs are completely FREE if you order more than 60€ (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal). For lower purchases the price starts from 5,50€, depending on the selected shipping method. When buying from the Canary Islands you will not be charged rará the 21% Spanish VAT, and shipping costs are 55€ (15€ shipping costs + 40€ entry clearance).

International shipments:

European Union:

Shipping to the whole European Union is FREE for purchases over 150€. For shipments under 150€ the shipping costs will be from 16.95€ and may vary depending on the country.

Outside the European Union:

Shipping to the entire European Union is FREE for purchases over 400€. For orders under 400€ the shipping costs will be from 74.95€ and may vary depending on the country.

The destination taxes (customs) and taxes on shipments to countries outside the European Union are NOT included.

What is the delivery time of my order?

The estimated time will vary depending on the service selected and the availability of the item (when you select item/size you will be shown the approximate delivery dates)

With which transport companies are orders handled?

To offer the best service we work with professional transport companies such as GLS, Correos, Tipsa, MRW, SEUR and UPS. We also have delivery in any of our shops (Vigo and Coruña) and different Yupick collection points.

We do not deliver on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Is there a minimum order to benefit from free shipping?

Yes, the minimum order must be 60€ in case of shipping to Spain, 150€ to Europe and 400€ for international orders.

Do the shipping costs include transport insurance?

Yes, all our products are shipped with transport insurance.

Do you place orders outside Spain?

Yes, we ship to almost every country.

How do I know the delivery time of an article?

When the order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, we will send you a tracking code from the shipping company so that you can see the tracking of your order on their website.

This way you will be able to know the day you will receive your package and even manage the delivery times that best suits you.

What happens if my order arrives later than planned?

Many times it is not in our hands that an order arrives on time, problems with the courier or with the manufacture of a part or product. Whenever there is a delay in the delivery of the order, we will notify you of the estimated time that the order will be delayed in case you want to make a change or cancellation of the order.
