If you want to change the size of your product, or the color of it does not convince you, do not worry, you can change it without costing you anything. Motopasión Store will take care of the return and shipping of the second product.

If you don't like the product, or it's not what you expected, we'll give you your money back. Return it within 60 calendar days, and we will reimburse you for the money of your product as well as the expenses incurred, (shipping and collection costs).

To make any return, you can contact us by phone 986 288 364 from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Saturdays, from 10 to 13:30h. and the first Saturdays of the month 16.00 to 20.00h. Or if you prefer you can send us an email to and request your refund.

To accept a return the product must be delivered in its original box with the original labels and stickers, without showing any signs of use or deterioration.


In our desire to offer the best customer service, you can return any purchase you make on our website.

- If the product you have ordered does not satisfy you, you must contact us. If you are not in the area indicated, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

As a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this Contract within 60 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 60 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or, if the goods comprising the order are delivered separately, 60 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at GRM 2008 SL, at the address, Parque Tecnológico y Logístico de Vigo, Calle C Nave D1, 36315, Vigo (Pontevedra), at the telephone number 986 288 364, by writing to the email or to our contact form, your decision to withdraw from the Contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the model withdrawal form that appears as an Annex to these Conditions, although its use is not obligatory. Download the model withdrawal form.


In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method that we offer) without any undue delay and in any case no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to Motopasión Store - GRM 2008 SL, to the address, Parque Tecnológico y Logístico de Vigo, Calle C Nave D1, 36315, Vigo (Pontevedra) Galicia/España, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 60 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. 

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to

a) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

c) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

d) The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed in an inseparable way with other goods.
