Motopasión Store customers have a period of 60 DAYS to make any change or return of their order.

To do this, they should contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE department through the following channels:

  • Order number or reference
  • Name and surname of the person who made the order
  • Reason: size change, product change or return

IMPORTANT! The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and with its original packaging, labels and/or stickers.

Peninsula and Balearic Islands

The FIRST CHANGE OF SIZE or PRODUCT is FREE in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. From Motopasión Store we will take care of the collection of the original order and, once it arrives at our facilities and the perfect condition of the product or products has been verified, the change management will begin.

This procedure can take up to 10 business days if we have the new product in stock. In the event of having to request the product from a supplier, this period could be altered (check availability with the Customer Service department)

Outside the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of managing the collection, as well as those caused by the shipment of the new product.

You can request that Motopasión Store take care of the collection and delivery management with a specific cost. Contact Customer Service to find out the cost of managing the size/product change.

ORDER RETURN

The return cost will be borne by the customer and can be managed using any of these options:

Taking it to a transport agency and managing the shipment on your own (See the steps to follow in 'return requirements).

We manage the collection at home. This will have a cost of €5.50 that will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Outside the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

The customer will be responsible for the return costs

You can request that Motopasión Store take care of the collection management with a specific cost. Contact Customer Service to find out the expense of the return management costs.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Only the value of the item/s will be refunded.
  • Motopasión Store is not responsible for customs expenses or other expenses caused by the shipment of its products.
  • Always make the return by putting the items inside an additional external packaging (shipping bag or box). Never stick any stickers or packing tape on the original package (product box or bag).
  • The items to be returned must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use and in their original packaging, with all their labels and stickers.

To make the return or change the size, you must download and fill out the following form and insert it into the package. Do not worry if you do not have a printer, it is worth writing the information requested in the 'Personal Data' and 'Reason for change or return' section on a sheet

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Please, if your product, after proper use of it, has suffered any damage and you want to request its guarantee (between 2 and 5 years depending on the product), please contact our Guarantees department by email garantiasb@motopasionstore.com.

Motopasión Store is responsible for the costs of collection and shipping for the processing of the guarantee.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Any customer who has made a purchase at Motopasión Store has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, except in the case of an exclusion contemplated in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

To do this, the client must notify Motopasión Store of their decision to withdraw their purchase and must do so through a form that we make available to them. After filling in said form, you must send it to at.cliente@motopasionstore.com

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

a) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

c) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

d) The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed inseparably with other goods.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

What happens if the product received is defective?

The deadline to request the exchange of a defective item is 14 business days from receipt of the order.

The client must provide graphic evidence that shows the defects of the article. The change will only be made for the same item or reference.

Motopasión Store will be responsible for the costs of collecting the defective product and shipping the new one.The product must be accompanied by its original packaging, labels and/or stickers.

In the event that the product has already been used, the guarantee must be processed with the manufacturer. Please contact Customer Service.

What happens if the order received does not match the order placed?

In the event that you have received an order different from the one placed through our website by mistake, Motopasión Store will be responsible for the costs of collecting the wrong order and sending the new one.

Before making the new shipment, we must verify the status of the items sent. This action may take up to 10 business days.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

At Motopasión Store we understand cancellation or cancellation of an order when it has not yet left our facilities to the destination address.

You can request the cancellation of the order as long as its status has not changed to SENT.

Contact Customer Service to find out the status of the order and request the cancellation.

The refund of the full amount of the order due to cancellation/cancellation will be made within approximately 10 business days (depending on the payment method) and through the payment method used in the purchase, whenever possible.

How and when will I receive a refund for my order?

Once the status of the items collected/returned has been verified and the return requirements have been met, the refund will be made within the following 10 business days and, whenever possible, through the same payment method.

IMPORTANT! We have detected that refunds for payments made via credit/debit card may be delayed. Please check with your bank if this happens.

In the event of a return, only the amount corresponding to the item(s) purchased in the order will be reimbursed, shipping costs being exempt from reimbursement, if any.
