Helmet CGM 560A Mad Mono anthracite satinado. Conceived to offer you an exceptional experience on the road, the 560 MAD is the new high-end modular MCG. With an outer shell in two sizes made of HD COMPOSITE FIBERGLASS or CARBON (MAD PRO version) it guarantees maximum safety with minimum weight. Combines style, comfort and performance in a complete modular package with technologies and solutions designed to make riding pure emotion. Equipped with a visor with anti-scratch treatment, tilting, locking in closed position and aerodynamic upper profile and retractable sun visor. The visor is designed to accommodate Pinlock lenses and the 100% MAX VISION PINLOCK 70 is included in the package.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• A modular helmet can be homologated as P (PROTECTIVE = helmet with protective chin guard) or as P/J (= helmet with protective chin guard that can be used either in closed or open position). Therefore, the double P/J homologation allows you to travel with the modular helmet in closed or open configuration, in the latter case it is necessary to lock the chin guard in the open position by means of the corresponding button. However, for greater protection, it is recommended to always ride with the chin guard closed.
• Each of our helmets is carefully treated to achieve the desired finish. The shell, after being smoothed, is painted with several coats of color and then covered with scratch-resistant clear varnish.
• Quick release visor, easily and quickly removable without the aid of tools.
• The internal tinted retractable visor acts as a convenient and easy-to-use sun shield. Simply pull it down to use or lift it up to exclude it from the field of vision and return to a traditional view.
• Prestige interiors are made with a thermoformed hexagonal shaped top for superior wearing comfort.
• It is a fabric protection located immediately under the chin that prevents air from entering the helmet, increasing its silence and stability.
• The retention system with micrometric buckle or micrometric metal buckle, for the closure of the strap, consists of a button body and a graduated strip that allow a quick and easy adjustment together with a practical release.

• 2 outer shell sizes: Manufacturing models in different outer shell sizes allows us to offer optimal fit and wearing comfort for all sizes. The smaller shell is useful to cover smaller sizes, vice versa, the larger shell allows you to cover larger sizes. A shell made specifically for some sizes allows you to avoid excessive loading of the helmet used.
• The AIR STREAM SYSTEM ventilation system consists of front air intakes, air ducts in the inner shell and rear extractors. The fresh air enters through the front air intakes of the helmet and, passing through the special ducting of the inner shell, reaches the rider. The air circulation is generated by taking advantage of the movement that generates a negative pressure and pushing the hot internal air towards the rear of the helmet from where it exits through the rear air extractors.
• The visor is equipped with a special locking mechanism that allows it to be locked firmly in place when closed.
• The removable interiors are attached to the inner shell with snap buttons, hard plastic mechanisms or Velcro, and are washable with neutral soap.
• The EXTRACOOL interiors are made of a new fabric with an innovative design, breathable and antibacterial, extremely soft when in contact with the skin.
• It is a fabric protection placed along the perimeter of the neck that prevents air from entering inside the helmet, increasing its silence and stability.
• Ring in elastic fabric that allows the excess strap to be locked in the folded position.
• The visor has special pins to insert the Pinlock® lens against visor fogging that can occur due to breathing and the difference in temperature inside and outside the helmet.

• The shell is made of composite fibers amalgamated and solidified thanks to the use of thermosetting resins in epoxy-based vinylester. The use of composite fibers allows a good resistance to impact force combined with a higher lightness, the fiber caps are also unaffected by sudden temperature changes and have a better resistance to UV rays.
