Shoei is evolving its Sport-Touring helmet and providing the Gt-Air 2 with the latest technological advances. More modern, not only in terms of design, but also in terms of padding and ventilation system. It stands out for offering a very compact design and for the possibility of installing a communication system that is totally integrated with the design of the helmet.

MAIN FEATURES

• The outer shell (external structure) is made of AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix): an organic fiber and multi-layer fiber composite that absorbs impacts with optimal rigidity.
• The inner shell (inner structure) is made of two parts of EPS of different densities that offers a high degree of impact absorption.  
• It incorporates the EQRS system (Emergency Quick Release System), which makes it easy to remove the helmet from the outside in the event of an accident by removing the side padding.
• It incorporates a micrometric retention system made of 100% stainless steel. The position of the strap has been changed with respect to the previous model to provide greater comfort and avoid possible rubbing.
• CNS-1 screen offering a wide field of vision and guaranteeing 99% UV protection. The mechanism of the screen has been redesigned and has a sealed airtight edge with water drainage points. The screen has a micro-opening system to ventilate the helmet and to defrost the screen in extreme cases. The screen is easily removable without tools.
• The standard Pinlock Evo ensures clear vision in all weather conditions.
• 3 sizes of outer shell for a better fit in every size.
• For the new interior padding, fabrics that offer high moisture absorption and fast drying in the cheek and forehead area have been used.
• Central 3D padding for maximum comfort.
• Cheek pads in different polyurethane layers of different densities for a better fit and comfort.
• Removable padding in the ear area to reduce noise.
• Side padding design optimized for eyeglass wearers.
• Fully removable and washable inner padding.
• QSV-2 sun visor with anti-fog and anti-scratch treatment with 99% UV protection. Visor easily operated from the outside, even with thick gloves. Redesigned ventilation system with adjustable air intakes in the upper area and chin area, and 2 air outlets fully integrated into spoilers in the back and neck area.
• The air flow achieved with the new ventilation system has been considerably increased compared to the previous model.
• The Shoei GT-Air 2 incorporates the predisposition to integrate the Sena SRL communication system (not included).
• The new communication system does not affect at all the aesthetic line of the helmet.
• It incorporates as standard a cubreenariz and a cubrebarbilla
• Helmet approved according to European regulations ECE / UN R22.05.
