Tech-Air® Off-Road is an FIM-approved airbag system specifically designed to withstand the rigors of rallying while offering unmatched upper body protection. Developed and tested in the harshest conditions such as the Dakar, the Tech-Air® 

Off-Road system combines Alpinestars' Bionic Pro Protection jacket with Tech-Air® technology and a rally-dedicated crash detection algorithm to provide proven, off-road-specific protection for the back, chest, shoulders, collarbones and neck. Despite This system has three riding modes, RALLY, ENDURO and STREET, making it the perfect choice for tackling all types of off-road riding, whatever the terrain.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• Proven to offer more than twice the protection of passive impact protectors.
• Dual inflators offer two deployments for guaranteed protection.
• Average inflation time of only 50 milliseconds (40 ms for the smallest sizes and up to a maximum of 60 ms for the largest 2XL).
• Increased airbag coverage in back, shoulders, chest and ribs for complete upper body protection.
• Neck protection is provided by the airbag that inflates around the neck.
• The integrated Nucleon CELL back protector is lightweight, flexible and highly ventilated for enhanced performance, and features ergonomic plate construction for structural strength and a fit to follow the natural contours of the back.
• The Tech-Air® all-terrain system is CE Category II certified according to the European PPE Directive 686/86.
