MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• Outer shell: Made of glass fiber reinforced with carbon fiber through Schuberth's innovative production method (DPF: Direct Processed Fiber), resulting in a lightweight and extremely resistant shell.
• 2 outer shell sizes for a better fit to each size.
• Inner shell: New dual density EPS material for improved impact absorption and increased head room.
• Ventilation system with front air inlets in the upper area and in the chin guard and integrated air extractor in the rear for optimal internal cooling. To prevent dust, mud and insects from entering the helmet, the chin vent has a washable and interchangeable filter.
• Schuberth Individual Concept interior: The S3 sets a new benchmark in terms of comfort. The interior padding has been developed to offer maximum comfort by means of a new concept of inner linings made of seamless Coolmax fabric, which facilitates maintenance and improves acoustic performance. The padding is removable and washable.
• Clear level 1 optical quality visor with anti-scratch treatment. Includes Pinlock 120®.
• Integrated 80% tinted sun visor with two-position adjustable V-Lock anti-fog.
• SC2 communication system with Plug & Play integration (sold separately): Extremely easy to install, set up and use, the SC2 communication system sets a new standard for motorcycle communication. HD speakers, two antennas and a boom microphone with jack connection are already pre-installed in the SCHUBERTH C2. The SC2 is extremely simple to use: just connect the HD Microphone, remove the covers on the back of the helmet, release the remote control housing on the side, connect both, switch them on and you're ready to go!
• Acoustic performance: The Schuberth S3 offers excellent performance in terms of aero-acoustic comfort with only 85 dB (A) at 100 km/h on a naked bike. Schuberth has optimized the aeroacoustics in the wind tunnel of each component both inside and outside the helmet. The result is an unparalleled level of sound insulation.
• Emergency removal system for the side padding in the cheek area, which allows for quick and easy removal of the padding.
• Anti-Roll-Off system connected to a chin strap in a new advanced position for improved comfort in the throat area.
• The Schuberth S3 is equipped with a new micrometric closure system with new strap positioning.
