Helmet CGM 363S Shot Nippo black matte / yellow fluor. The 363 SHOT is CGM's answer to the motorcyclist looking for a race-oriented helmet. The outer shell and innovative rear spoiler are designed to maximize aerodynamic efficiency at high speeds. Made in two outer shell sizes, it features a thermoregulation system inside the helmet, consisting of three zones of ducts that ensure a continuous airflow. The outer visor, prepared for Pinlock 70, is tilting for perfect adherence to the double perimeter seals and together with the lock in closed position ensures silence and riding comfort. The 363 is also equipped with an internal retractable sun visor. The inner compartment is composed of a thermoformed hexagonal lid, ExtraCool fabrics, high visibility bands.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• 2 outer shell sizes: Manufacturing models in different outer shell sizes allows us to offer optimal fit and wearing comfort for all sizes. The smaller shell is useful to cover smaller sizes, vice versa, the larger shell allows you to cover larger sizes. A shell made specifically for some sizes allows you to avoid excessive loading of the helmet used.
• The AIR STREAM SYSTEM ventilation system consists of front air intakes, air ducts in the inner shell and rear extractors. Fresh air enters through the front air intakes of the helmet and, passing through the special ducting in the inner shell, reaches the rider. The air circulation is generated by taking advantage of the movement that generates a negative pressure and pushing the hot internal air towards the rear of the helmet from where it exits through the rear air extractors.
• The visor is equipped with a special locking mechanism that allows it to be firmly locked in place when closed.
• The removable interiors are attached to the inner shell with snap buttons, hard plastic mechanisms or Velcro, and are washable with neutral soap.
• The EXTRACOOL interiors are made of a new fabric with an innovative design, breathable and antibacterial, extremely soft against the skin.
• Easily removable nose protector, used to conduct hot air downwards to prevent the visor from fogging up.
• The internal padding is made with a special housing for the temples of the glasses, this system is designed to provide optimum comfort for those who wear glasses.
• The shell is injection molded, thermoplastic polymers, once cooled and hardened after the molding process, ensure high mechanical strength for maximum impact protection, over a wide temperature range, and high energy dissipation capacity resulting from an impact. In addition, the molded shell maintains its original structure, without deformation or instability, for many years.
• Regular shaped visor that usually also covers the nose. Treated to resist surface scratches.
• SOS RELEASE SYSTEM allows you to quickly remove the cheek pads, in case of emergency, while wearing the helmet. By pulling the red emergency straps, the snap buttons are released and the side cheek pads can be removed from the bottom of the helmet. This system should only be used in an emergency.
• The high visibility interiors are made with inserts or bands in reflective material or fluorescent yellow to make the helmet more visible and increase passive safety.
• The retention system with micrometric buckle or micrometric metal buckle, for strap closure, consists of a button body and a graduated strap that allow quick and easy adjustment together with a practical release.
• Indicates that the helmet is ready to accommodate intercoms and aftermarket bluetooth devices without the need for tools and without compromising the safety of the product.

• Each of our helmets is carefully treated to achieve the desired finish. The shell, after being smoothed, is painted with several coats of color and then covered with scratch resistant clear varnish.
• Quick release visor, easily and quickly removable without the aid of tools.
• Internal tinted retractable visor acts as a convenient and easy to use sun shield. Simply pull it down to use it or lift it up to exclude it from the field of vision and return to a traditional view.
• Prestige interiors are made with a thermoformed hexagonal shaped top for superior wearing comfort.
