2. RETURN METHODS

2.1. Pick up at home or delivery at a pick up point: Enjoy our new pick-up service at the address provided or deliver the package at the nearest return point. We will send you the shipping label and you will only have to stick it on the package (Remember to always use additional cardboard or plastic packaging, never stick the sticker on the original packaging of the product!) . The return fee will always be supported by the client

2.2. Shipping at customer's expense: The customer may choose a return method other than those offered by Motopasión Store. To do this, you must contact a transport company of your choice and send the package to the following address:

2.3. Delivery to Motopasión Store: Products can be delivered to any of our stores (Vigo, Coruña and Ourense), at no cost.

3. RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Only the value of the item/s will be refunded.

  • The refund of the money can take up to 10 days to be made. Counting from the moment in which the product arrives at our warehouses.
  • The items to be returned must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use and within its original packaging, with all its labels and stickers.
  • Motopasión Store is not responsible for customs fees or other costs incurred. for shipping your products.

  • Always return the items inside a external additional packaging (shipping bag or box).NEVER paste about the original package (product box or bag), no stickers or packing tape.
