Helmet CGM 167R FLO Step Forma gray / fuchsia. Designed from its predecessor 107 FLORENCE, the 167 FLO is the new reference for your urban routes. Designed in 3 outer shell sizes and a total of 8 sizes, it guarantees maximum comfort of use combined with safety, lightness and compact design. Characterized by the interchangeability of the visor: long, for greater protection against the wind or shaped, for a more captivating look. It has AIR STREAM SYSTEM ventilation system, thermoformed hexagonal interiors with fully removable and washable ExtraCool fabric with high visibility bands. The features are completed by the anti-theft ring on the strap, micrometric buckle and elastic strap fastener.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• 3 shell sizes: Manufacturing models in different outer shell sizes allows us to offer optimal fit and wearing comfort for all sizes. The smaller shell is useful to cover smaller sizes, vice versa, the larger shell allows you to cover larger sizes. A shell made specifically for some sizes allows you to avoid excessive loading of the helmet used.
• The AIR STREAM SYSTEM ventilation system consists of front air intakes, air ducts in the inner shell and rear extractors. Fresh air enters through the front air intakes of the helmet and, passing through the special ducting in the inner shell, reaches the rider. The air circulation is generated by taking advantage of the movement that generates a negative pressure and pushing the hot internal air towards the rear of the helmet from where it exits through the rear air extractors. In this way the rider benefits from a constant recycling of the air inside the helmet that always guarantees a pleasant temperature.
• The removable interiors are attached to the inner shell with snap buttons, hard plastic mechanisms or Velcro, and are washable with neutral soap.
• The EXTRACOOL interiors are made of a new fabric with an innovative design, breathable and antibacterial, extremely soft when in contact with the skin.
• Anti-theft ring on the strap: useful metal ring to attach the helmet to the hitch under the scooter seat in a practical and safe way.

• The shell is injection molded, thermoplastic polymers, once cooled and hardened after the molding process, guarantee high mechanical resistance for maximum impact protection, over a wide temperature range, and high energy dissipation capacity resulting from an impact. In addition, the molded housing maintains its original structure, without deformation or instability, for many years.
• Regular shaped visor that usually also covers the nose. Treated to resist surface scratches.
• Removable cheek pads are attached to the inner shell with press studs, hard plastic mechanisms or Velcro, washable with neutral soap.
• The high visibility interiors are made with inserts or bands in reflective material or fluorescent yellow to make the helmet more visible and increase passive safety.
• Ring in elastic fabric that allows to lock the excess strap in folded position.
• Each of our helmets is carefully treated to achieve the desired finish. The shell, after being smoothed, is painted with several coats of color and then covered with scratch-resistant clear varnish.
• Prestige interiors are made with a thermoformed hexagonal shaped top for superior wearing comfort.
• The retention system with micrometric buckle or micrometric metal buckle, for strap closure, consists of a button body and a graduated strap that allow quick and easy adjustment together with a practical release.
