Functionality, flexibility and lightness have also been improved thanks to the reduction of the material volume (reduced by 400gr). New technical solutions have been introduced such as the new flexible front plate, the asymmetric double pivot arms and the Dynamic Heel Compression Protector (DHCP). These are perfect Off-Road boots in each and every way and for each and every condition.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• Chassis made primarily of advanced lightweight microfiber and TPU protection plates resistant to impact and abrasion.
• New motion control system through double asymmetric pivot in the lateral and medial area that offers great levels of flexibility and precision in driving.
• New flexible TPU faceplate with a dual density connection system that progressively absorbs and dampens the energy generated by possible impacts.
• Newly designed rear torsion bars made of dual-density TPU to prevent hyperextension and offer great levels of flexibility and impact resistance.
• Dynamic Heel Compression Protector (DHCP): This is an innovative safety system (patented by Alpinestars) that includes a fully integrated foldable area in the heel area made of expanded polyester foam to absorb high impact energies during a crash. It consists of a directional impact protection system that significantly reduces the effect of energy transfer transmitted to the ankle and lower leg. The DHCP system has been developed and tested in professional Supercross and Motocross circuits.
• Rubber reinforced TPU side panel developed to offer great grip, durability and heat protection. The new panels are anatomically precise and are lighter and thinner.
• Newly designed thinner contoured protector in the calf area that wraps around the back of the leg. Made of a dual-density compound, it has been developed to offer progressive damping of torsional forces.
• Anatomically developed shin protector to reduce surface area and save weight.
• The foot structure (5 different densities) is manufactured in a single lightweight piece that offers great resistance, flexibility and also structural integrity. It incorporates protections in the heel and toe area, and is highly resistant to abrasion and impact. It has an integrated shank that offers better support and also structural integrity.
• Completely redesigned outsole with patented grip statues to thrive footpeg performance, grip and to facilitate mud and water drainage. Seamless dual compound sole is seamlessly integrated into the multi-density structure of the foot bed with built-in support. The sole offers unusual durability, grip and feel. The midsole has a micro-grip insert that gives great grip. Allows the sole to be completely replaced.
• Redesigned and anatomically optimized buckle closure system. The new mechanical buckle closure system is made of a nylon and fiberglass composite for light weight, strength and durability. The new buckle closure system is thinner and also includes high-impact, cold-forged closure bridges for superior precision and strength. The buckles feature self-aligning ratchets with memory. It's a fast, simple and precise opening/closing system that offers great riding performance and safety. Each and every buckle is easily replaceable.
• Upper area of the boot is finished with soft microfiber to keep out excessive water and/or dirt.
• The inner lining is made of poly-fabric with 3D open cell foam; incorporates anti-slip cloth in the heel area to hold the foot securely in the boot.
• These boots are CE EN13634:2017 certified.
• Redesigned biomechanical lighter and low profile inner boot. Features new anatomically redesigned medial and lateral torsion bars to monitor ankle and leg rotation without sacrificing freedom of movement. New double-jointed torsion bars give greater structural integrity and allow the driver to make a natural ankle movement with progressive damping of torsional forces throughout an impact.
