Engineered for ultralight performance, superior comfort, and an "invisible" fit, the next-generation Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA system provides comprehensive torso coverage, including the chest, ribs, back, and shoulders, while featuring a PLASMA back protector for the optimal combination of comfort, flexibility, airflow, and rider protection. Featuring a newly developed algorithm that supports three distinct Driving Modes—STREET, OFF-ROAD and RACE—the Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA is a single-charge deployable Airbag System with a user-replaceable gas cartridge for continuous protection on every ride.

• Breathable and Adaptive Fit: Ultra-thin, single-layer stretch mesh construction at the neck, underarms, and front of the body for an enhanced adaptive performance fit and superior breathability.
• CE-Certified Protection:
• The Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA system and all included protective gear are Category II certified PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) according to European Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and comply with relevant UK legislation.
• The passive back protector is CE-certified to EN1621-2:2014 Level 1 (Full Back).
• The inflatable protector is CE-certified to EN 1621-4:2013 Level 1 (Full Back).
• The system is CE-certified as a motorcyclist protective garment according to EN 17092-6:2020 as a Class C undergarment.
• Optimized Airbag Design: Anatomically designed for increased protection. The airbag features strategically placed cutouts that adapt to the rider's body to provide superior protection against impacts to the back, buttocks, ribs, and shoulders, while minimizing the volume of the material.
