The focus on ergonomics led to studies on riding positions, in order to perfect details designed to reduce pressure on the neck, such as the Veloce Racing Neck collar, and ensure maximum comfort and mobility by integrating a wide S1 bi-elastic fabric as well as adjustment systems on the hips. Driving comfort is combined with superior levels of protection with EN 17092 class AA certification, the Racing 5 Perf. The jacket features standard CE Level 2 certified composite protectors on elbows and shoulders, as well as replaceable aluminum inserts on the shoulders that ensure a more natural sliding movement in the event of a fall and a pocket designed to accommodate back and chest protectors type G. As a result of studies on the correct fit, the jacket can be worn comfortably over the Dainese Smart Air airbag device without the need to purchase a larger size. Proper fit of the sleeves prevents the protectors from shifting to the wrong area during a fall, thus always ensuring maximum protection for riders. Additionally, the loops that secure the Smart Air to the jacket allow riders to put it on and take it off in a single movement, so that the airbag always maintains the correct position under the jacket.
