Extended polyamide stretch material has been incorporated into the rider's back, shoulders and sides, with a high density stretch material in the upper back. The stretch material provides an adaptable fit and a high level of freedom of movement, as well as offering the perfect expandability for use with the Tech-Air® 5 airbag system. As the Stella SMX Air jacket has been designed to provide superior ventilation, the jacket also comes with a removable windproof liner to help reduce airflow when it is not needed, offering optimal weather comfort and versatility. External DFS Lite shoulder sliders combined with Nucleon Flex Plus CE level 1 shoulder, elbow and forearm protectors provide impact protection for the Stella SMX Air jacket, resulting in an overall CE level A rated jacket.
