The RX-7V EVO employs an FIM-approved aerodynamic kit to smooth the passage of air between the rear of the helmet and the aerodynamic hump on the rider's leather suit in a crouched racing position. It is a new design, with fixed wings and more aerodynamically efficient than the prototypes developed in previous seasons by Arai's top class riders. The higher the speed, the more noticeable its effect.
