MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• The outer shell (external structure) is made of AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix): Composed of several layers of organic fiber and fiberglass that absorbs impacts with optimum rigidity. 
• The inner shell (inner structure) is composed of two EPS parts of different densities that offer a high degree of impact absorption. When an impact occurs, it is absorbed progressively and effectively in balance with the rigidity of the shell.
• Double ring closure. Easy to use and always with a perfect fit.
• Incorporates the EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System), which facilitates the removal of the helmet from the outside in the event of an accident by removing the side padding.
• CWR-F2 shield that offers a wider field of vision thanks to its new shape together with a sportier design. The optical characteristics of the new CWR-F2 have been optimized thanks to its curvature and thickness, further reducing possible distortions and providing a clearer and more natural vision.
• The screen has high rigidity and stability at the top and bottom ends thanks to the new screen locking mechanism, which reduces the risk of accidental opening during high-speed driving. The new screen lock tab is located in the center of the screen and the feel of opening and closing the screen is smoother and easier to operate. The screen lock mechanism located in the center of the lower air intake holds the lower end of the screen center, lowering it locks it and pressing the unlock button releases it.
• Small baffles have also been incorporated on the sides similar to those on the CWR-F dome which contribute to improved aerodynamic performance as well as reducing wind noise.
• The configuration of the adjustment type has been changed from a dial-type mechanism to a small lever for easy adjustment against the rubber contour of the viewing area. Compared to the adjustment dial of the previous model, when the new adjustment lever is lowered, the base of the shield slides back 1 mm, achieving a better grip fit with the shield and the viewing area contour rubber.
• The standard Pinlock Evo DKS304 ensures clear vision in all weather conditions. The anti-fog film has been redesigned and increased in size. By relocating the blade mounting pins away from the eye area to improve the side field of vision, most of the field of vision is covered by the Pinlock EVO blade.
• 4 outer shell sizes for a better fit to each size.
• The inner padding of the new NXR 2 stands out for being very comfortable. It has fully removable, washable and replaceable inner padding made of very soft fabrics with great moisture absorption and quick drying.
• The inner cheek pads have been redesigned while maintaining the characteristic side cut line of the NXR. These new side pads have been designed to reduce the feeling of pressure when putting on and taking off the helmet, providing greater mobility around the neck to be able to look back in case of need. 
• In addition, soft fabrics have been used for the areas of greatest skin contact when putting on and taking off the helmet, along with high moisture absorption and quick-drying fabrics in the contact areas most prone to sweating.
• The central padding, like the NXR, is designed using 3D Max-Dry Interior System II technology to conform to the contours of the rider's head.
• Padding in the ear area to reduce noise. Can be removed for installation of a motorcycle intercom.
• Redesigned ventilation system consisting of a lower air intake, a front air intake with two holes and two additional intakes on both sides to provide stability and adequate airflow, especially in the sport riding position. The rear air outlet under the integrated spoiler consists of four holes and has been enlarged for greater expulsion of hot air from inside the helmet.
• Its aerodynamics have been improved and studied in the wind tunnel to make it quieter. The aerodynamic shape of the helmet and the waterproof protection system in the vision area minimize the appearance of wind noise. The new NXR 2 has a very different rubber contour of the vision zone compared to the previous model, which has improved the sealing with the screen, something that has a direct impact on the intrusion of water, wind and possible wind noise. A good fit of the internal cushions also helps to reduce wind noise.
• Wind pressure loads have been reduced by 6 % upwards and 4 % backwards compared to its predecessor according to our wind tunnel tests.
• Comes standard with a breath guard and chin curtain.
